Lucy Green

Lucy Green
Lucy Green is an experienced PR and marketing communications professional with more than 15 years’ UK and overseas experience in the business-to-business sector.
Working in the internet sector since 1999, Lucy was most recently managing the European PR and marketing operation at Nielsen//NetRatings. In 2004 she was promoted to Vice-President, expanding her responsibilities from PR and marketing to managing the Research and Analytics team and Product Marketing. Lucy started her work in the internet sector at internet audience measurement company Media Metrix, launching it in Europe with significant media coverage. Lucy developed the European PR and marketing strategy and recruited and managed a team across seven countries.
Previously, Lucy worked at branding consultancy New Solutions for five years building and marketing the consultancy, as well as working with key clients to help develop new service offerings. Lucy started her career at market research company Datamonitor, where she was responsible for creating a marketing operation to drive sales in the IT and financial services sector.
Educated at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, Lucy holds a MA Hons in History. She was awarded the CIM’s Diploma in Marketing in 1999, gaining the top score of her year in the SE region in the UK. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of PR and the Market Research Society. She is also a SFEDI certified business advisor.

Gabrielle Prior

Gabrielle Prior
Gabrielle Prior is an experienced researcher with more than 15 years market and social research experience in Australia, Europe and the UK. Gabrielle has worked in the internet sector since 1999.
Gabrielle is currently based near Melbourne, Australia where she works as a research consultant advising on a range of research projects, designing and programming questionnaires, writing research reports for sale, and assisting with data for PR and marketing material.
Immediately prior to this Gabrielle was European Internet Analyst for Nielsen//NetRatings in the UK, where she specialised in developing PR ideas from research, managing journalist relationships and developing data-based marketing presentations, newsletters and writing research reports for sale.
Gabrielle has more than six years panel management experience in both FMCG and internet sectors gained at ACNielsen. She has extensive experience in a range of research operations and management tasks including panel building, panel management, research and questionnaire design, internet questionnaire programming, systems development, data analysis and report writing.
In addition to her wide ranging experience working in the FMCG and internet sector, she also has several years’ experience in health sector research. Gabrielle is a full member of the Market and Social Research Society of Australia, and an associate member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.

Nina Croad
UK Communications and Marketing Director
Nina Croad
Nina has 10 years’ experience of working in communications. Formerly PR and marketing manager for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK), she brings with her a detailed knowledge of the communications sector and the role that strategic communications plays in organisational success.
Nina’s contact book includes journalists at communications and business titles as well as the nationals. She also has invaluable diplomacy skills and relations with senior communicators and lobbyists working across sectors and for a variety of clients.
During her time at the CIPR, Nina was responsible for the organisation’s media relations, corporate communications and marketing functions. She is experienced in communicating complex information to a broad range of stakeholders and identifying and managing communications around potential organisational threats and opportunities, often at board level. Most recently she developed the CIPR’s first truly integrated communications strategy to strengthen its reputation and help deliver its business objectives.
Prior to working at the CIPR, Nina worked in the fashion industry for designers Issey Miyake London and Boyd (UK) across their international selling campaigns including London, Paris and Milan fashion weeks.
She is a member of the CIPR, is undertaking its continuous professional development programme and has a First Class Degree (BA (Hons) Media).

Corinna Rogers
Germany and US Account Director
Corinna Rogers
Corinna is a professional with almost 10 years international experience in PR. Having started her career working mainly in the UK and Germany she is now based in the US Corinna and expands Greenfield’s geographic reach into this important marketplace.
In 2005 she started to specialize in PR campaigns for market research companies in the US and DACH. Some of her recent/past clients include SSI (Survey Sampling International), IMS Research (now IHS), Screen Digest (now IHS), Lightspeed Research and GMI (Global Market Insite).
On the strength of that work she has built a strong base of media contacts in the research industry. She understands the industry and how to get research into the relevant media – not only industry titles but national and consumer press.
Corinna’s detailed knowledge of how the media works, how to generate top quality coverage, where and which news stories or features to place, has proven invaluable to clients. As well as managing media relations for clients she is also skilled in project management, securing speaker opportunities and event management at fairs, for press meetings or conferences.
Corinna started her PR career in 2003, in-house at Cleverlearn, an e-learning company in Germany and the Philippines. She worked in London from 2005 to 2009 at Tech PR agency OneChocolate Communications. She is now based in the Metro Atlanta (GA, USA) area.
Educated at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt, Corinna holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration. Her major during her Masters was in Market Research. For her Master’s thesis she developed a PR-Strategy for Universities – as an empirical study.

Silvia Landi

Silvia Landi
With her strong background in press and other media, Silvia knows how to identify a good story to catch the eye of Italian journalists. She has excellent PR skills and experience having worked with a wide range of client companies. Before becoming a consultant Silvia worked in hi tech consumer and PC magazines. With Vogel Burda media group she managed magazine editorial and content, marketing and advertising. Her sector knowledge includes cooking, beauty and style, travel and health. Dividing her life between Toscane and Milan, Silvia has a full contact book that she has created over her 20 years of journalism and PR experience.

Géraldine Gitel
UK and France PR Director
Géraldine Gitel
Geraldine Gitel has a decade’s experience of managing PR and marketing communications in France and the UK. Her detailed knowledge of how the French media works and where to place news stories and features has proved invaluable to our UK-based clients wanting to increase their coverage in this important marketplace.
Most recently with Treehouse Marketing & Communications in London, Geraldine developed and implemented PR strategies for a range of brands from consumer goods to the public sector. She has managed a wide variety of events, from large-scale big-budget media trips to intimate breakfast seminars in both the UK and France.
At Hammerson Marketing & Communication in France, Geraldine was responsible for client liaison, project management and sponsorship in addition to her PR duties. She devised and executed a communictions plan in this role which incorporated website marketing, e-mail and direct mail, brand partnerships and even sales promotions.
A seasoned relationship-builder, Geraldine uses her media contacts to generate top quality coverage as well as to discover the ‘hot’ research topics for future press releases and forward features for our clients.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, Geraldine holds an Honours degree in Arts as well as a Masters degree in Communication and Marketing.

Juan Carlos Milena

Juan Carlos Milena
Juan Carlos has been working in corporate communication and public relations for twelve years. He has unrivalled knowledge of the Spanish media in terms of technologies, economics and innovations. In recent years he has specialized in digital identity management in many different companies from technological to entertainment, retail and other high consumption markets. As consumer and trade marketing correspondent he was a largely responsible for the growth of the Microsoft portal website (mns.com) in Spain. He’s a member of AERCO, Community Managers Association in Spain, acts as an adviser for Asociación de jóvenes empresarios and is active in promoting social media in Spain.
Juan Carlos has a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and is a specialist in Project Management, Crisis Communication, Spokesperson Training and Social Network Management.

Wes Rogers
US Account Director
Wes Rogers
Wes Rogers brings more than seven years account management experience to Greenfields. He started working in PR in 2008. His experience lies in the Media, Mobile and Technology industries where his first class communication skills, coupled with a passion for technology from the internet to mobile, make him invaluable in developing and maintaining media relationships, pitching ideas and finding fresh angles for stories.
After working in the UK and Germany for many years, Wes returned to the US in early 2010 to work on US-campaigns as a PR and Business Development Consultant. His client base includes international internet and mobile start ups that want to sell their products and services in the US marketplace. Having begun his career with a media start up in London, Wes became familiar with the publishing industry from the ground up in a business development role.
In these early days he was responsible for the regional launch of a nationwide entertainment title covering the UK. From the consumer press world he made a leap into B2B technology. As an account manager for Redbox he was working with clients such as HP and Canon Systems. Wes joined OneChocolate Communications in 2008, whose roster list included Nokia and Gameloft, where he was responsible for opening new doors for growth in markets such as media streaming, voip and .com comparison shopping.
Wes is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing.

Based in Madrid, Celia is a highly experienced freelance journalist, editor and public relations consultant, specialising in IT. Her skills encompass all aspects of public relations including writing – often translating from English to Spanish – interviewing, editing, maintaining company profiles on social networks and organising events. Client companies include Axel Springer Spain, Panasonic Japan, Artificial Solutions, Basekit, Web Fusion and ACS Spain. She regularly contributes articles on a wide spectrum of internet-related topics: social networks, mobile operating systems, gadgets and apps to publications including PC Today, Computer Hoy, Personal Computer and Internet, Apps magazine and Android magazine.

Stuart Ridsdale

Stuart Ridsdale
Stuart is an experienced public relations and corporate communications professional, with over 20 years agency and in-house experience in the UK and overseas.
He started his career with Paragon UK – which was a top 10 UK PR agency before it was acquired by Shandwick. He moved overseas in the 1990s to Hong Kong where he worked for The Rowland Company and was later a founding director of Ludgate Asia, which today is Weber Shandwick (Hong Kong). He has also worked for Porter Novelli in Abu Dhabi. He has experience across the full spectrum of PR disciplines including media relations, crisis communications, digital communications, issues management, internal communications, events and investor relations (including IPOs and financial reporting).
Stuart has excellent experience in the market research sector having worked with TNS at their London head office from 2006 to 2009. As the TNS Head of Global PR, he held overall responsibility for managing the global PR strategy. He had a reputation for driving new PR initiatives and was closely involved in the UK Custom business for which he introduced innovations and rationalisations that increased the volume and quality of media coverage. He supported specific TNS business units, such as the company’s Finance sector (for which he developed some international PR activity), the Automotive sector, the TNS access panels, and the TNS audience measurement business. He also worked closely with the TNS investor relations team on acquisition announcements and the company’s annual report, and was responsible for content of the CEO’s speeches.

Elin Rees

Elin Rees
Elin is a dedicated PR professional with over 12 years’ experience working in communications roles at many leading UK broadcasting organizations, including the BBC (TV and Radio) and Channel 5.
She specializes in consumer and broadcast PR for Greenfields, combining a genuine passion and flair for communications with plenty of creative ideas and an extensive range of contacts. She has significant experience in managing high profile national press campaigns, talent publicity and leading press strategy at major live events such as BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
Elin is based in Cardiff, South Wales where she manages her own clients alongside the Greenfields portfolio. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Charlotte Herbert

Charlotte Herbert
Charlotte brings a decade’s worth of PR and communications experience both in the UK and internationally to Greenfields. Her work spans a variety of industries ranging from technology and professional services through to the charity sector.
Until 2008, Charlotte was at Head of Marketing at FreshMinds where she led the company through an extensive rebranding exercise as the company split its offerings into two distinct divisions, FreshMinds Research and FreshMinds Talent. While at FreshMinds, the company was twice named “Best Agency” at the Market Research Excellence and Effectiveness Awards. Prior to joining FreshMinds, Charlotte was Head of Marketing at the FTSE 100 technology company Autonomy. In addition to heading up the company’s marketing internationally, Charlotte played a key part in launching Autonomy’s consumer offering blinkx. In addition to her marketing experience, Charlotte offers a wealth of media skills gained at Firefly Communications when she represented a range of business to business and business to consumer clients including Motorola and MTV.
Charlotte’s main interest lies in helping companies to develop compelling positioning and articulate their offering to customers and the media. She has worked with numerous entrepreneurial companies and is well known for her ability to enable them to “punch above their weight” in terms of the profile they receive in the marketplace and media.
Educated at Selwyn College Cambridge, Charlotte holds an MA Hons in English.

Mark Terry

Mark Terry
Mark Terry has been working creatively with brands for over 15 years. As Greenfields’ Creative Partner he runs a team of marketers and designers and developers helping clients understand, develop and deliver brand positioning.
He was previously Head Creative and Project Marketing Manager representing Mintel Group globally, operating across an in-house creative team, and larger marketing operation. Working on many diverse projects over eight years, the role involved a mix of strategic creative and project management. This included the planning, realisation and conceptual development of the umbrella group identity and its various products, as well as collectively with high-profile clients and corporate partners. Mintel became a Business Superbrand during his tenure.
Alongside numerous research agencies and B2B clients, Mark has worked with companies such as Barclays, Kraft, Nestlé, Pepsi, Sony, Wilkinson Sword and Unilever, and his creative work has been used and seen globally. He has been involved in product launches and exhibitions throughout Europe, the US and Australia/Asia-Pacific, and is experienced at managing multi-media projects. Mark also runs creative thinking days and can speak about external/internal branding or any related creative issues.
Mark has worked in London, Barcelona, Chicago and Belfast and has global contacts in media, print, production, film and music. Mark has a First Class Degree (BA Hons Media).
