Charlotte Herbert brings seven years of PR and communications experience both in
the UK and internationally to Greenfields. Her work spans a variety of industries
ranging from technology and professional services through to the charity sector.
Until 2008, Charlotte was at Head of Marketing at FreshMinds where she led the
company through an extensive rebranding exercise as the company split its offerings into two distinct divisions, FreshMinds Research and FreshMinds Talent. While at FreshMinds, the company was twice named “Best Agency” at the Market Research Excellence and Effectiveness Awards. Prior to joining FreshMinds, Charlotte was Head of Marketing at the FTSE 100 technology company Autonomy. In addition to heading up the company’s marketing internationally, Charlotte played a key part in launching Autonomy’s consumer offering blinkx. In addition to her marketing experience, Charlotte offers a wealth of media skills gained at Firefly Communications when she represented a range of business to business and business to consumer clients including Motorola and MTV.
Charlotte’s main interest lies in helping companies to develop compelling positioning and articulate their offering to customers and the media. She has worked with numerous entrepreneurial companies and is well known for her ability to enable them to “punch above their weight” in terms of the profile they receive in the marketplace and media. Educated at Selwyn College Cambridge, Charlotte holds an MA Hons in English.
